The beehives of the "Bartnik" LLC are made of foam polystyrene, the process of foaming which takes place in water, eliminating the unpleasant smells that are present when foaming with steam.
The bottom board is 85 mm high, with two ventilation openings, the actual diameter of which is 70 mm. Each hole is covered with a mesh, 85 mm in diameter. The bottom board includes a retractable drawer, which allows you to quickly clean, after wintering, without disturbing the bees. In case of additional installation of a pollen traps, it serves as a place for collecting pollen.
